- Playbook request form: name, email address, preferred market, and whether you are a buyer, seller, investor, or advisor.
- Contact preferences: whether you agreed to receive text messages or marketing emails.
- Voice assistant: if you start a conversation with the on-site voice assistant, your voice audio and the conversation transcript are processed to respond to you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and request logs collected by our hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection.
- Site analytics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate; it does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Videos: YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
- Browser storage: a cookie that remembers your chosen translation language, and a local-storage entry that remembers you have read the site disclaimer. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services or materials you requested.
- To contact you by email, phone, or text message, as you have permitted.
- To send market updates or marketing emails only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To meet legal, licensing, and brokerage recordkeeping obligations.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may request to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and disclosed.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal recordkeeping exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, but you may still submit this request.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email info@yuanmingmao.org or call (714) 621-5778. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days.
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83), you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not.
Text Messages, Calls & Email
We text you only if you check the text-message consent box on our consultation form. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing info@yuanmingmao.org. Conversations with the on-site voice assistant are processed and may be recorded and transcribed. Please do not share sensitive financial details through it.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
This site does not track you across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Retention & Security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal and brokerage recordkeeping requirements. California generally requires real estate transaction records to be kept for three years. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
